Americold Logistics has chosen Primus Builders to manage its latest project in Fremont, Nebraska.
The assignment involves providing Design/Build services for Americold’s temperature-controlled warehouse in Fremont.
Primus was awarded the project after a competitive bid process and worked diligently to ensure that Americold’s detailed architectural needs were met.
“We are pleased that Americold has entrusted us with their latest expansion,” said Erik Gunderson, Vice President of Primus Builders. “We have worked with Americold on several occasions in the past and are grateful that they continue to place their trust in us.”
The project involves the addition of a 35,000 square-foot freezer, a blast cell addition, and a renovation of employee welfare areas.
