Dr. Paul Voss, ethics expert and member of the Primus Board of Directors, gave a leadership development lecture at Primus' most recent companywide meeting. As part of the company's ongoing focus on ethics and employee development, Dr. Voss provides guidance and informative presentations to Primus employees.

Dr. Voss's most recent presentation, "Good to Great," explores the principles set forth in the Jim Collins books Good to Great and How the Mighty Fall. In this lecture, Voss details Collins' ideas of what makes companies sustainably successful, and how to cultivate leadership within an organization. Using real-world corporate examples, Voss relates these principles, giving an interactive talk about how Primus employees can develop and enrich their careers, while being successful advocates for our clients.
