January 2009: Primus Builders Team Completes Comprehensive Ethics Training
Woodstock, GA — The staff of Primus Builders, Inc. recently completed a comprehensive ethics seminar designed to define and strengthen the company’s stance on ethics and compliance. Dr. Paul J. Voss, President of Ethikos and a nationally recognized expert in culture and ethics, led the seminar for the senior leadership team at the Primus headquarters. The intensive seminar demonstrates a serious appreciation of the importance of healthy cultures--especially in difficult times.
In today’s corporate climate, one of the most challenging in decades, and with numerous companies experiencing difficulties as the result of unethical behavior, Primus’ commitment to “doing the right thing” has become even stronger and more significant.
This commitment led to the appointment of Dr. Voss as an advisor and member of Primus’ Board of Directors. Dr. Voss is an expert in ethics and leads seminars designed to explore the history of ethics in corporate culture and to present team members with ethical dilemmas. Under Dr. Voss’s guidance, team members explore these situations and discuss the proper course of action. Team members also use the training as an opportunity to explore the importance of ethical behavior in everyday decision-making.
