Primus Builders, Inc. was selected by the Atlanta-Journal Constitution (AJC) as one of Metro Atlanta’s Top 100 Workplaces. More than 1,240 area companies were nominated or selected to participate in the program.The AJC partnered with WorkplaceDynamics to conduct employee surveys of nominated firms. Surveys included questions about company values, work culture, compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership. Companies with the highest scores in these areas were ranked on the list.
“I’ve always believed that our employees are our number one investment. They have always put forth their strongest efforts, and I’m glad they feel appreciated,” said Richard O’Connell, president of Primus Builders.
The awards ceremony took place Thursday, March 20th, at the Cobb Energy Centre. An article featuring the entire list of top workplaces was featured in the AJC’s March 23rd edition.
