The International Association for Cold Storage Construction (IACSC), a core partner of the Global Cold Chain Alliance, held its 34th Annual Conference & Expo November 6-9 in Boca Raton, FL. The conference is the only event in the world dedicated to cold storage construction, design and maintenance and attracts more than 200 warehouse operators, contractors and suppliers.
The event also ushers in the association’s new executive committee. This year, Primus Executive Vice President Erik Gunderson (pictured left above) will assume the role of chairman. Erik will provide his first-hand expertise and assist IACSC in promoting the interests of the cold storage industry in political, legal and regulatory arenas.
“Primus has been a member of the Global Cold Chain Alliance and IACSC for over 10 years,” said Erik. “It’s a pleasure to give back to those that have provided Primus with the resources to be successful. I look forward to my tenure as chairman.”
