DR. PAUL VOSS Director/Advisor (Ethics & Compliance) Dr. Paul Voss is a member of the Primus Board of Directors acting as an advisor on ethics and compliance issues.
A member of the Primus Board of Directors, Dr. Paul Voss is Director of Ethics and Compliance, and advises the company on its leadership role regarding the ethical responsibilities of management. Dr. Voss is an Associate Professor at Georgia State University and is the President of Ethikos, a private firm specializing in the exploration and application of ethics in corporate, social and legal environments.
Dr. Voss leads ethics seminars and is an accomplished public speaker and guest lecturer. His presentations range from a brief introduction to ethics to the components involved with writing an organization’s specific ethical code. He leads Primus employees in company-wide seminars designed to define and strengthen the company’s stance on ethics and compliance and holds quarterly ethics reviews to discuss the role of ethics in Primus’s day-to-day business operations.
