RICHARD O'CONNELL President/Founding Partner Mr. O'Connell is responsible for all day-to-day business operations, including business development, financial management, and project implementation.
Mr. O'Connell has over 19 years' extensive experience in the Design/Build industry, having worked with both distribution and food processing facilities.
Mr. O'Connell has actively managed the design and construction of projects nationwide ranging in size from a 7,000 SF interior process room renovation to a 1,000,000 SF ground up refrigerated distribution center. Prior to founding Primus Builders, Mr. O'Connell was Vice President of Operations for a nationally-recognized Design/Build firm with $300,000,000 in annual revenue in the food industry.
Primus provides turnkey design and construction services under a single source responsibilities approach. This approach allows the client to focus on day-to-day business operations and have a single company responsible for the execution of the project.
