Continuing their long-standing relationship with Primus Builders, Steris Isomedix Services chose Primus to design and implement a renovation of their office and employee welfare areas in their Spartanburg facility, which houses both ethylene oxide and gamma radiation sterilization processed.
The project involved demolition and new build-out of employee areas, such as executive offices, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms and server/electrical areas. Primus was responsible for the design documents and construction management. The project involved a three-phase approach to ensure that Steris was able to maintain continuous facility operation with no interruption.
