LAKE CITY, GA This specialty prepared foods manufacturer selected Primus Builders, Inc. to provide planning, design, engineering and turnkey construction services for their new executive office building. This facility included a multi-media conference room, three executive office suites, and a generous reception area.
Kabob’s continued growth necessitated the new office space, and they needed to introduce new products in a comfortable setting close to their kitchen facility.
The 4,200 SF two-story office building was located on-site to minimize impact on existing parking and maintain the landscaped areas.
