Performance Foodservice distributes more than 68,000 food and related products across the nation's foodservice industry. A repeat client of Primus Builders, PFG again chose Primus for their new warehouse project in City of Industry, California.
The City of Industry “box in box” project includes the addition of freezer, cooler and dry warehouse spaces. Major structural modifications are required to accommodate the new floor plan to bring the building to code with regard to seismic conditions. There is also a significant demolition scope in order to convert the existing dry area to freezer space.
The total renovation includes over 54,000 square feet of “box in box” freezer space with an additional 60,000 square feet of dry warehouse renovations. The project is slated to for completion in Summer 2012.
