Stanz Foodservice
SOUTH BEND, IN Stanz Foodservice is a full-line food service distributor that has been serving the Northern Indiana and Southern Michigan area since 1923. With a focus on quality products, people and service, they have grown steadily over the years, and in 2007, selected Primus to design and build a new expansion in South Bend.
The 45,000 SF expansion includes a -10˚F freezer, a 35˚F dock, connecting corridor, operations offices and mechanical rooms. Stanz and Primus are utilizing a GMP, open-book style contract with shared savings.
