Atlas Cold Storage
MOBILE, AL Atlas Cold Storage selected Primus Builders to construct its 30,000 SF freezer addition to their Mobile, AL facility to enable them to provide complete international logistics services to import/export customers.
Construction on this building began with deep foundations on 85’ piles with structural concrete slabs. The work includes ammonia refrigeration and in-rack fire protection.
The expedited schedule allows for a four-month construction duration, and the expansion includes 4,000 pallet positions.
