AmeriCold Logistics is one of America’s leading supply chain solutions providers and is also one of Primus Builders’ many repeat clients. AmeriCold chose Primus to head a Design/Build project at their 110,000 SF temperature-controlled warehouse in Fremont, NE.
The project involves the addition of a 35,000 SF freezer, a blast cell addition and a renovation of employee welfare areas. A load straightening area was also added. The facility features export services and rail/truck transloading.
