80,000 SF process renovation, including refrigeration upgrades and productivity enhancements

This project involved renovating and converting existing space into U.S.D.A. (F.S.I.S.) raw material holding and food processing areas. Improvements included a new raw material cooler and dry storage area, new 45° processing areas with new BTR type stainless steel air units, refrigerated air make up units to create positive pressurization, a new ventilation system to remove warm moist air during the sanitation cycle, a new batter and breading room, new cookroom, and a new chill and packaging room.
