65,000 SF Bakery and Freezer Expansion and Renovation

Sister Schubert's Rolls, a subsidiary of Marzettis, selected Primus Builders for the design and construction of 32,000 SF of bakery, freezer, and refrigerated packaging area.

The requirements for the shell to match the baking equipment were critical in this project, as were the building support systems.

Work included utility upgrades to the existing building and a complete conversion of the Freon refrigeration system to ammonia.
