PERRY, GA 88,000 SF Cooler and Truck dock addition with New Engine room
Perdue Farms, one of the largest poultry processors in the US, recently purchased an old Pabst Brewery in Perry, Georgia to convert to a poultry processing plant. To handle the storage and distribution of the products made at the plant, Perdue is converting ambient space to cooler space and constructing a new truck dock.
The 88,000 SF project consists of a 35° "box-in-box" cooler, new truck dock, connecting corridor, engine room, battery charging and maintenance.
After a competitive bid process, Primus Builders was awarded the turnkey contract to perform design/build services.
