Our United States Cold Storage Project Wins Again!

Primus is proud to announce its project for United States Cold Storage (USCS) in Covington, TN was named Best Project – Manufacturing by ENR Southeast. This is the second major award the project has earned. In August, it received the National Award of Merit in the Industrial, Process and/or Research Facilities category from the Design-Build Institute of America. Primus Breaks Ground on New Kroger Distribution Center in Forest Park, Georgia

Rain didn’t damper the excitement at the Kroger groundbreaking in Forest Park, Georgia Tuesday. State and local dignitaries attended the ceremony celebrating the 1.2 million SF distribution facility set to open on the former Fort Gillem Army base in the fall of 2015. Just as Primus wraps up work on a 420,000 SF refrigerated warehouse for Lineage Logistics in Colton, California, the firm broke ground last week on a new Lineage facility in North Charleston, South Carolina.
