Domino’s Pizza

Founded in 1960, Domino’s Pizza is a world leader in pizza production and delivery, operating a network of company and franchise owned stores in the U.S. and in international markets. Domino’s selected Primus Builders for the expansion and renovation of one of their current processing lines into a new, par-baked dough line at their Woodridge, Illinois, facility.

Renovation of this line involved removal of existing equipment; installation of a new oven, conveying and cooling equipment; and all accompanying building/system facility modifications. The scope of work included initial engineering services, supervision of new equipment installation, modification of the refrigeration systems and construction of new sanitation systems and trench drains, among many other responsibilities.
