Primus is pleased to announce the addition of Robert Ulliman to its team. Robert is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience leading complex food distribution and cold storage construction projects. He joins the team as a project executive and will lead Primus’s projects in Texas and the Midwest.
Robert’s career began in the field. His commitment to customer service, ability to solve complicated challenges and his drive to complete projects within schedule and budget earned him roles of increasing responsibility. Before joining Primus, Robert served as director of construction at Ben E. Keith Foods for 15 years. This role included overseeing design and construction activities for all Ben E. Keith facilities; conducting due diligence on land development; preparing monthly budgets, schedules and job costs; and hiring, training and managing teams. His project experience includes cold storage distribution facilities well over 350,000 SF with cooler, freezer, dock and truck maintenance components.
“It is rare to find someone whose expertise aligns perfectly with our business goals,” said Primus President Matt Hirsch. “Robert started in the field and has worked his way up to become an outstanding construction executive. We are excited to have him on our team.”
Robert is a graduate of Marshall University where he attended on a four-year football scholarship. He is OSHA 30 certified and certified in Hazardous Material Safety Training, Green Advantage, First Aid and CPR.
