For the second year in a row, Primus Builders, Inc. was selected by the Atlanta-Journal-Constitution (AJC) as one of Metro Atlanta’s Top 100 Workplaces. More than 1,200 area companies were nominated or selected to participate in the program. The AJC partnered with WorkplaceDynamics to conduct employee surveys of nominated firms. Surveys included questions about company values, work culture, compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership. Companies with the highest scores in these areas were ranked on the list.
“Primus has experienced substantial growth in the past two years. It is encouraging to see that our employees, both new comers and old timers, remain challenged and excited about their jobs,” said Primus’s new president Matthew Hirsch.
