At Primus, we stand by the quality of our work. If you’re experiencing an issue that you believe falls under your project’s warranty, you can submit a claim here.

What’s Covered?

Warranty coverage includes workmanship issues or faulty parts/equipment. It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Items requiring regular or typical maintenance
  • Issues caused by neglect, vandalism or abuse

Please submit only one item or issue per claim. Each claim should relate to a single topic or item, with photos specific to that claim. Submitting multiple items in one form may delay processing or cause upload errors due to file size limits.
