What’s Covered?

Warranty coverage includes workmanship issues or faulty parts/equipment. It does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Items requiring regular or typical maintenance
Issues caused by neglect, vandalism or abuse

Please submit only one item or issue per claim. Each claim should relate to a single topic or item, with photos specific to that claim. Submitting multiple items in one form may delay processing or cause upload errors due to file size limits.
