Primus has a reputation for using technology to improve process. Much like the design team implemented BIM to bring value to the design process, the preconstruction team is introducing software to streamline and improve the bidding and buy out processes.
iSqFt is an online bid management software platform that allows the preconstruction and construction teams to communicate and collaborate more efficiently. It eliminates redundancies, allows greater access to more subcontractors, provides a stronger pre-qualification process and provides improved customer support.
“It’s a real improvement over how we managed projects before,” said Senior Estimator Gary Kersey. “We’re looking forward to using it on all future projects.”
