Theresa is a safety expert with a proven track record for creating and implementing safety programs that drive results. Before joining Primus, she worked at Risk Management Partners (RMP) where she developed and implemented OSHA compliance programs for commercial general contractors (including Primus) and Fortune 500 manufacturing firms. She also conducted OSHA compliance audits, Behavior Based Observations and accident investigations.
Theresa is an exceptional safety trainer. She has conducted OSHA 30-HR and 10-HR construction and general industry safety courses as well as First Aid/CPR/AED courses. Theresa is also skilled at managing workers compensation and general liability claims which has helped her clients reduce incident severity and frequency. As a result, her clients experience a reduced EMR and lower overall insurance costs.
Theresa’s career also includes implementing accountability programs centered on behavior based safety, STOP Audits and human performance. She can outline on-boarding processes for new employees that include training materials for top management as well as front line employees.
Theresa has assisted firms in creating a safety culture that resonates with employees. This includes a program for a team of 4,000 employees across seven states that reduced the severity of claims and costs by half within the first two years. Theresa will implement a safety culture at Primus that achieves similar results.
