With 30 years of proven experience in sales and business development, including a decade in commercial construction, Robert brings the strategic expertise we need to accelerate our growth trajectory and deepen our client partnerships across our core sectors.

We selected Robert for his proven track record in commercial construction business development. Most recently, he served as Director of Business Development at Corvelli Construction Group in Parsippany, N.J., and previously held the same role at Aether Design Development in Maywood, N.J., and served as Senior Business Development Manager for The Blue Book Commercial Construction Network. His career trajectory demonstrates precisely the kind of expertise we need: a consistent ability to secure high-value contracts and build lasting client relationships.

What Robert Brings to Our Team

Beyond his professional credentials, which include an M.B.A. from Wilkes University, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton and specialized training such as an Applied Drone Pilot License from Clemson University, Robert brings qualities that align perfectly with our company culture. His disciplined approach, honed through years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training and officiating high school wrestling, translates directly into the methodical, strategic thinking we value in client relationship building. A native of Scranton, PA, Robert was attracted to Primus for its strong market position in design-build-automate services, its collaborative ESOP culture and commitment to growth that aligns with his business development ambitions.
