Genevieve Stewart will be taking on the role of controller. She will be responsible for financial statement reporting and analysis; driving compliance with financial policies; monitoring the financial performance of our projects; and providing overall support to ensure accuracy and timeliness with all financial information. “Genevieve’s knowledge of the company’s financial make-up and the relationships she has built within multiple departments make her a great fit for this role,” said CFO Matt Hott.
Senior Superintendent Sid Sapp has been promoted to the role of general superintendent. Sid has more than 35 years of construction experience. This includes time as a construction company owner as well as 28 years with another cold storage design-build provider. His project experience includes familiar names such as United States Cold Storage and Sysco as well as large food processing customers like Sara Lee, Boar’s Head, ConAgra, General Mills and Kraft Foods.
“He has the experience and attitude to make an impact and help develop our talented field staff,” said Director of Construction Tony Dembickie. “His management style is clearly in line with our corporate values, which makes him a great addition to a great team.”
