Primus’ Response to COVID-19

Primus is mindful of the impact the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having on our communities and our

industry. Below are some of the proactive measures we are taking to support the well-being of our

families, teammates and business partners.

Communication

Primus pledges to provide honest communication between our team, subcontractors, facility operators

and owners. We will provide timely communication regarding any job-specific findings.

COVID-19 Task Force

Primus has a team in place to focus on reducing the potential spread of the virus and supporting the

continuity of our business operations. As the situation evolves, our team will adapt protocols and clearly

communicate them to our project partners.

Visitor Restrictions

If a person has tested positive for COVID-19, he or she will not be permitted to enter a Primus jobsite or

office until 14 days from the date of infection.

If a person has had close contact with an individual who has a confirmed positive test result for

COVID-19, he or she will not be permitted on a Primus jobsite or office for 14 days from the date of

contact.

If an individual has recently returned from international travel, he or she will not be permitted to enter our

jobsites or offices until 14 days from the date they left that location.

If an individual has had close contact with a traveler to those countries, he or she will not be permitted to

enter a Primus jobsite or office until they have been symptom-free for 14 days from the date they

traveled.

Field Locations

Primus is taking proactive measures on all of our jobsites. Heightened on-site hygiene and sanitation

protocols include:

• Hand sanitizing stations for all job trailers

• Outdoor handwashing stations

• One-time industrial cleaning for all jobsite trailers

Meetings

Non-essential business meetings and participation in large business conferences or events that require

international or interstate travel are postponed through April 30, 2020. This policy may be extended

based on conditions. We will utilize remote conferencing to keep our teams and partners connected.

Supply Chain

We are monitoring worldwide supply chains for potential delays that may affect our ability to maintain the

schedule on our work.
