Adams Produce, a leading produce specialist and distributor in the Southeastern United States, recently partnered with Chapman Produce in an effort to expand and form a larger regional distribution network. Adams entrusted Primus Builders with the renovation of their Tallahassee distribution facility.
The 15,000 SF Tallahassee project involved the conversion of Adams’ ambient warehouse to a refrigerated facility for produce storage and distribution. Project highlights included enclosure of the warehouse dock, upgrades to make the facility ADA compliant, and numerous food safety improvements.
