Primus provided design-build services on the renovation of this 163,000 SF dry-storage building. It was originally a racked ambient warehouse. The renovation included extensive automation features including:
- New KNAPP OSR-Run Pick System
- 116’ foot clear 60,164 SF ASRS
- 45,428 SF De-palletizing Area
- Additional upgrades include:
- 22,367 SF Receiving Dock
- 135,950 SF Truck Traffic Road & Trailer Parking
- 28,424 SF Concrete Truck Pavement Area
This project achieved more than 300 Safe Days.
