Project details
Lanier Cold Storage provides temperature-controlled warehousing for customers throughout North Georgia. They selected Primus for the design and construction of their warehousing facility addition in Lula, Georgia. The 93,000 SF project included the addition of a new freezer, cold dock and office.
Primus facilitated the addition of 16 new dock doors. The temperature on the new dock is 35°. Freezer temperatures are convertible and range from -10° to 35°. The 2,300 SF office space features a 1,000 SF breakroom. In addition, there is a battery charging and maintenance area for fork trucks and Primus installed sustainable LED lights throughout the facility.
