Penske Corporation is one of the country’s largest transportation services companies. In addition to business units like retail automotive and truck leasing, the firm also provides transportation logistics like distribution center management, transportation management, lead logistics and supply chain consulting.

Penske had a need to increase its cold storage capacity in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The firm chose to convert a 52,000 SF dry storage warehouse into a public refrigerated warehouse with freezer and cooler components. Primus Builders was selected to provide design-build services.
