Project details
After successfully completing Phase III of United States Cold Storage’s Hazleton, Pennsylvania cold storage building expansion, Primus was selected to continue the momentum by providing design-build services for the company’s Phase IV expansion.
Phase III featured four new dock doors on the opposite side of the Phase IV site and was completed on time despite being constructed during the winter months (December through March).
Phase IV was constructed on a fast-track schedule and provided 10,000 more pallet positions.
