When Sysco, the world’s largest food distributor and purveyor of food services acquired a former FreshPoint facility in Jacksonville, Florida, it determined that a complete overhaul was required to ensure the facility could perform to Sysco standards. Primus provided design-build services on this 195,000 SF renovation project.
