Project Details

The team converted approximately 40,000 SF of open ambient temperature warehouse into a fresh food solutions production facility for Starbucks food products. The new building is designed and constructed to USDA and GFSI standards and will be SQF Level III certified.

Features include:

• 10,000 SF production floor

• 3,000 SF hot kitchen

• 700 SF product blast cell

• 8,000 SF office mezzanine

• 2,400 SF refrigeration equipment mezzanine

All high care production spaces will be at 38° and all low care areas will be at 74°
