Primus provided design-build services on a 983,000 SF cold storage distribution campus on a 100-acre site in North Las Vegas. Scope highlights include:

  450 SF guard house

  28,375 SF vehicle maintenance facility
• Building E
  Fuel island and canopy
• Building F
  Diesel pump house
• Building G
  Electric pump house

The arid Nevada climate has made site work a challenge. Primus moved 1.5 million cubic feet of dirt, and used 70 million gallons of water to compact it and ready the site.

This project serves the 20 -27 Kroger retail stores in the Las Vegas area.
