Kroger

Primus is providing design-build services on a 983,000 SF cold storage
distribution campus on a 100-acre site in North Las Vegas. Scope highlights
include:

• Building A
  340,000 SF dry grocery; 340,000 SF cold storge; 40,000 SF office
• Building B
  450 SF guard house
• Building D
  28,375 SF vehicle maintenance facility
• Building E
  Fuel island and canopy
• Building F
  Diesel pump house
• Building G
  Electric pump house

The arid Nevada climate has made site work a challenge. Primus is moving
1.5 million cubic feet of dirt, and it will take 70 million gallons of water to to
compact it and ready the site.

This project will serve the 20 -27 Kroger retail stores in the Las Vegas area.
